At L. Oral Care, we follow Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This policy explains when returns and refunds apply.

Australian Consumer Law

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery (unopened, unused, and in original packaging).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used oral-care products cannot be returned unless they are faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos or video.
We will organise a replacement or refund according to ACL.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping.
  • Faulty/damaged items: we cover return shipping or arrange a replacement without requiring the original item returned (case-by-case).

Return Processing Time

Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after the item arrives at our returns location.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected and approved.
