We follow Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re eligible for a refund or replacement.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

For faulty or damaged items, we may cover return shipping or offer a replacement without requiring the original item back, depending on the situation.

Tracking is provided where available and will be emailed once your order ships.

Some items may ship separately depending on stock and warehouse availability.

Customs or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
